Our Approach To Voting
We take an active ownership approach with every company in our fund. The CIRCA5000 voting policy has been developed to ensure that the companies in our funds are governed in a way that aligns with our investment objectives and values. We vote on management and shareholder resolutions to generate positive change and get the best outcomes for our investors.
Your Right To Vote
Whilst our baseline is to vote on behalf of our investors, we believe all investors should have the right to vote on proposals they care about. Through our partnership with Tumelo, you can have your say by directly registering your vote on a proposal, which is then shared with us. We empower all of our investors to vote in a way that supports their values.Contact us
Not all issues can be solved by voting alone. Our engagement strategy focuses on the companies that could benefit most from us opening a conversation with senior stakeholders. Engagement only makes a true impact when delivered carefully within the context of clear objectives and a full understanding of the engaged company. With the right approach, engagement can produce long-lasting and value-enhancing change.
