We vote on management and shareholder resolutions to generate positive change and get the best outcomes for our investors.

Whilst our baseline is to vote on behalf of our investors, we believe all investors should have the right to vote on proposals they care about. Through our partnership with Tumelo, you can have your say by directly registering your vote on a proposal, which is then shared with us. We empower all of our investors to vote in a way that supports their values.

Not all issues can be solved by voting alone. Our engagement strategy focuses on the companies that could benefit most from us opening a conversation with senior stakeholders.
